Large engineering and project management companies ask and get exuberant fees for smaller projects to cover their overheads. We can do it much more cost effectively. We understand the client’s needs in terms of small projects because our small multi-skilled team have done it before.

We use only the best-experienced people for construction management and supervision. We did the Project management and some of the Mechanical and structural designs of the Foskor Pyroxenite Expansion Project Phase 1 from April 2008 until commissioning December 2010. The Capital Cost for the project was R550 million.

We can take your project from concept design to full feasibility cost estimation, detail design and commissioning assistance. We can do full EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) or ECM or other arrangements.

We use modern design and draughting concepts and packages using professional engineers of all disciplines. Our engineers have many years of practical experience in design, draughting, maintenance and engineering management in mines and processing plants.

Often the mine does not have sufficient manpower resources to staff the Owners Team. Eight out of ten times mine management underestimates the Owners Team staff requirements and it cost them money in terms of quality or late delivery.

We have been part of Foskor’s Owners Team for their Water Management Project from January 2003 until commissioning in March 2004. The project had a capital budget of some R 260 million. We have been part of Foskor’s owners team for their Pyroxenite Expantion Project conceptual design and cost estimate from June 2006 untill June 2007. The Capital Cost Estimate for the project was R1.7 billion.
